Pricing FAQ

How is "per student" counted?
We count active enrolled students in your current academic year. Both plans are billed annually. The School-branded App is billed for a minimum of 500 active students each year, even if current enrolment is lower.
What does the School-branded App include?
It includes your school name, logo, and approved brand treatment; a school-owned custom domain; and a separately named iOS and Android app. CampusJr publishes and maintains the apps from its own developer accounts.
How does a school-branded app launch work?
We first confirm your brand authorization, domain ownership, store-listing information, and onboarding readiness. Custom-domain and school-app launches happen only after those approvals are complete; no separate release is promised before then.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a guided demo and a sandbox environment where your admin team can explore the full platform before committing. Book a demo to get started — there's no credit card required.
Do you offer discounts for NGO-run or government schools?
